Hi there! My name is Natalie, a licensed nail artist and owner of Natalie’s Nail Room. I specialize in acrylic, gel and nail art. Something about sculpting, shaping and tending to details just make me happy. With more than a decade in the nail industry, I have grown to love creating beautiful nails for my clients, because it’s the little thing in life right? So yes! CANCELLATION POLICY
I love and appreciate every single one of my clients! To ensure a great experience for everyone, I do have a few policies in place that I kindly ask you to respect. 🤍 Cancellations & Rescheduling: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment without notice will consider a “no-show” and a 30% cancellation fee will be applied. I understand that emergencies happen — just reach out as soon as you can and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. Late Arrivals: Please let me know if you’re running late! Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late without noticed may need to reschedule and consider “no-shows”. This ensures every client receives the time and attention they deserve. No-Shows: No-shows and last-minute cancellations affect my small business greatly. After 2 no-shows, I will unfortunately no longer be able to accept future online bookings. I truly hope it never comes to that!
